Enterprise Car Hire Excess Reduction

At iCarhireinsurance.ie, we offer car hire excess insurance if you are hiring a car with Enterprise. In the event your hire car is damaged or stolen, we can reimburse you for the excess fees you may incur from the rental company.

How does Car Hire Insurance from Enterprise work?

If you are hiring a car in Ireland with Enterprise, your rental agreement is likely to include Damage Waiver; with this, an excess amount is applied. This excess ranges from €1600 for economy and mini vehicles to €2500 for premium vehicles. If Damage Waiver is not included, Enterprise gives you the option to purchase this separately at the rental counter. Purchasing Damage Waiver reduces your financial liability* in the event your hire car is damaged or stolen.
